Naked Radio

A Comedy with No Dead Air

August 7 to August 25, 2024

Music by Paul Libman
Book and Lyrics by Dave Hudson

Two DJs, one weather event, zero records ... and hours of airtime to be filled.

When a small radio station gets swallowed up by a corporate parent, the local DJs are relegated to obscurity. But when a powerful snowstorm knocks out the county, the station loses its tie to the pre-programmed feed. Expect the unexpected as the announcers are forced to improvise through music, laughter, and song, while contending with a host of quirky call-in characters and cheeky jingles. Along the way, a rejuvenated station brings back spontaneity and joy to the community it serves.

There is no nudity (or is there?) – but lots of hilarity – in this truly unique production that blends comedy and music to show us the power of human connection.

Recommended for ages 10 and up.

Running Time: 2 hours and 20 minutes, including a 20 minute intermission

Show with a great blend of music and comedy! Jennifer Walls displayed her amazing diversity of talents, through her transitions of many character roles and we loved the quick changes of instruments and inventive tunes played by the DJs, Jeff Culbert and Kaden Forsberg. Well worth seeing.
Ruth R., Ariss
Enjoyed show, music, and performances. We have seen a few shows now and all have been very professional, well received, and comfortable to watch, listen and enjoy. We took friends with us and they said the same. Thank you.
