Group Savings

The following terms and conditions apply to all group sales.

Group Tickets Group bookings require a minimum order of 10 adult tickets per performance. Tickets must be for the same performance date and time. All seats are reserved. Special events may not be available at this price. Drayton Entertainment no longer charges handling fees.

Payment Terms A $100 refundable deposit is required for each booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to performance. A full refund of the deposit is available if cancellation is received 30 days prior to the performance date. Drayton Entertainment reserves the right to require full payment 60 days prior to select performances. Deposits will not be refunded if tickets are cancelled after the deadline. All ticket sales are final – no refunds or exchanges.

2024 Ticket Prices All group tickets are $47.25 each plus HST (groups of 20 or more) or $52.50 each plus HST (small groups of 10 to 19).

Paying For Your Tickets We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Drayton Entertainment Gift Certificates, money orders (in Canadian Funds), cheques payable to Drayton Entertainment and we’ll even accept cash.

Complimentary Tickets Complimentary tickets are not available for groups of 10 to 19. They are available at a ratio of one complimentary ticket per 20 paid adult tickets. Complimentary tickets are at the discretion of the group sales department.

Seating Drayton Entertainment strives to give groups the best seats available upon booking. It may be necessary to split seating into smaller groups in order to accommodate the entire order. Group seating will not be confirmed until final payment is received. Groups should arrive at the theatre no later than 30 minutes prior to the performance time.

Accessibility All Drayton Entertainment venues are wheelchair accessible, and are equipped with special seating locations. Please indicate the required number of wheelchair seats when ordering tickets.

Parking Parking is free for cars and buses at all Drayton Entertainment venues. Buses must park in specific locations.

Arrival Groups should arrive at the theatre no later than 30 minutes prior to the performance time.

Booking The best way to ensure great seats is to book as early as possible.

Parking is always free at any Drayton Entertainment venue. Designated bus parking is available close to the theatre. Please advise us when you are planning to arrive with a bus so we may ensure the spots are readily available.

Drayton Festival Theatre

Bus parking is available in the Municipal parking lot on 8 Line.

Hamilton Family Theatre Cambridge

Please pull into the theatre parking lot to drop off patrons at the front doors; at the end of the show buses can re-enter the parking lot to pick up patrons.  Buses may park in one of the four bus parking spots in the theatre lot. Please refrain from parking anywhere else in the lot.

Huron Country Playhouse

Bus parking is available directly in front of the Mainstage doors.

King's Wharf Theatre

Bus parking is available in the parking lot at Discovery Harbour. The parking lot is only a short walk to the theatre. Buses may drop off guests at the entrance to the promenade; our shuttle will take patrons up to the theatre doors.

St. Jacobs Country Playhouse

Bus parking is available to the right of the Playhouse or across the street from the theatre to the left of Homewood Suites, in the gravel parking lot.

St. Jacobs Schoolhouse Theatre

Bus parking is available in the Municipal parking lot at King and Front St.
