Community Support Ticket Program

Drayton Entertainment is a charitable organization, and as such we understand the need for grassroots charities, companies, and civic-minded individuals to engage in fundraising initiatives to support a myriad of community causes. Each year Drayton Entertainment donates over 2,500 tickets to a variety of fundraising initiatives.

Restrictions

Due to overwhelming demand, Drayton Entertainment does not typically support requests from minor sport leagues, or fundraisers to service international/overseas programs or organizations, or individuals raising funds for Stag & Doe parties or similar events. In order to support as many different charitable causes as possible, Drayton Entertainment may limit support of the numerous campaigns underway to support United Way.

What You Can Request

You may request a Gift Certificate for two tickets to a performance during the first week of the run of a production at the theatre of your choice: select from Hamilton Family Theatre Cambridge, Drayton Festival Theatre, St. Jacobs Country Playhouse, St. Jacobs Schoolhouse Theatre, Huron Country Playhouse, or King’s Wharf Theatre. Total value is $136.74 (the current cost of two adult tickets with taxes and fees).

Who Can Apply

Priority is given to events occurring directly in the communities in which we operate – Drayton, Waterloo, St. Jacobs, Grand Bend, Penetanguishene, and Cambridge. It is our policy to donate to only one fundraising event per organization, per calendar year. As the need in each of our communities continues to grow, events that received support in previous years may not necessarily receive support going forward.
