Along with a stellar band, you’ll be transported back in time as we pay tribute to 20 of the defining voices of the genre – iconic artists such as Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles, Marvin Gaye, Smokey Robinson, Sam Cooke, Bill Withers, Otis Redding, Percy Sledge, Edwin Starr, and more.
With its roots in gospel and rhythm & blues, and a message centred on equality, acceptance, and love, soul music is credited as more than just one of the defining musical genres of our time – it is a movement unto itself, influencing everything from fashion and pop culture, to art and language.
