All ticket sales are final – no refunds. Tickets for Drayton Entertainment programming may be exchanged (subject to availability) with 24 hours notice prior to performance. A $4 service charge per ticket applies; waived for Members. If an alternate date is not available, tickets may be returned for a tax-deductible donation.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Drayton Entertainment Gift Certificates, money orders (in Canadian funds), cheques, and we’ll even accept cash.
Picking-up Your Tickets
Tickets for any Drayton Entertainment production can be picked up at the Box Office at each facility. For tickets purchased by phone, if your selected performance is within 7 days of the time you placed the order, we will hold the tickets at the Box Office. Otherwise, your tickets will be sent to you through Canada Post. Express Mail is available at an additional fee.
Babes in Arms
Unfortunately, babes in arms and children age two and under are not permitted in the theatre. Please be advised that age recommendations are noted for select productions. All youth must be seated with a parent or adult guardian.
Everyone entering the theatre auditorium must have a valid ticket. Late-comers are seated at a suitable break in the show.
Inclement Weather Policy
Performances are rarely cancelled. In the event of a severe weather cancellation, a notice will be posted on this website and Box Office Representatives will contact ticket holders to discuss alternative ticketing arrangements as soon as possible.
- Unless there is an emergency, plan to stay seated during the performance.
- Cameras and recording devices are prohibited inside the theatre.
- Mobile devices must be turned off during the show.
- In consideration of those who have allergies, scents should be used in moderation.
- Please be quiet. Should a patron become restless during the performance, management may ask the patron to leave the auditorium and watch the performance from the lobby monitor.
Physicians may leave their seat location with the Box Office.

At all of our venues, you can bring select beverages, ice cream, and other treats purchased in our lounge to enjoy in the comfort of your theatre seat during the show!
That means you don't need to feel rushed before the show or during intermission to consume your refreshing beverage or tasty treat. So go ahead and indulge … we just ask that you help us keep the theatre looking beautiful by disposing of your litter as you exit the theatre. Also, in consideration of other patrons, please refrain from opening candy wrappers during the performance.
Please note, due to the current liquor licenses at our venues, alcohol purchased at the bar lounge can not be brought into every theatre. The restrictions for each theatre is below for reference.
Drayton Festival Theatre – Only non-alcoholic beverages are permitted inside the theatre.
Dunfield Theatre Cambridge – All beverages are permitted inside the theatre.
Huron Country Playhouse Mainstage & Playhouse II – All beverages are permitted inside the theatre.
King's Wharf Theatre – Only non-alcoholic beverages are permitted inside the theatre.
St. Jacobs Country Playhouse – All beverages are permitted inside the theatre.
St. Jacobs Schoolhouse Theatre – Only non-alcoholic beverages are sold at this venue.
Accessible Customer Service Policy.
Drayton Entertainment is proud to be completely accessible at each of its seven venues and through its Customer Service Policy, is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to patrons with disabilities.
Drayton Entertainment currently recognizes both the CNIB Card and the Access 2 Entertainment Card. Patrons with disabilities presenting valid cards from one of these two programs will be provided with a complimentary ticket for their support person, if requested.
Each Drayton Entertainment theatre has dedicated seating areas to accommodate patrons with disabilities. Service animals and support persons are always welcome. Complimentary infrared headsets for the hearing impaired are available at the box office prior to the performance.Wheelchair, Booster, Hearing Assist and AED.
All venues are wheelchair accessible and are equipped with special seating locations. Please call our box office toll free to reserve wheelchair accessible seats at 1-855-372-9866. Patrons using wheelchairs are requested to arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the performance. Complimentary hearing assist devices and booster seats for children are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Public Access Automatic External Defibrillators are located in the lobby of each facility.
Feedback ProcessFeedback about the delivery of services to persons with disabilities is welcomed, as it may identify areas that require change and assist in continuous service improvement. Such feedback may be by telephone, in person, in writing, or by email. Drayton Entertainment will make best efforts to provide a response in the same format in which the feedback was received.

New federal legislation, entitled the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), came into force as of January 1, 2004. PIPEDA requires that Personal Information must be gathered with consent for a reasonable purpose, used for the limited purposes for which it was gathered, be available for the owner's inspection and correction, and be stored securely.
Drayton Entertainment is obligated to collect information by fair and lawful means and to provide Personal Information Policies that are clear, understandable, and readily available.
What Is Personal Information?
Personal Information is information about an identifiable individual, such as a name, address, and coordinates, e.g. email address, telephone number, etc. Essentially, this is information on how to contact an individual or organization by mail, phone, fax, or electronically.
What Types of Personal Information Do We Collect, and Why?
Personal Information usually comes to us in connection with a ticket purchase, donation, request for information, volunteer involvement with Drayton Entertainment, or third party's relationship with Drayton Entertainment in its professional capacity. When people request Drayton Entertainment materials or order tickets to our productions or fundraisers (or in some cases, purchase raffle tickets), we ask for their name and contact information. We may also need personal financial information such as credit card numbers, if payments are to be made to Drayton Entertainment for a donation or to purchase tickets to a production or a fundraising event.
We use Personal Information for two main purposes:
(i) to provide individuals and organizations with information and newsletters about Drayton Entertainment, events and activities which we believe will be of interest to them; and
(ii) to solicit the support of individuals and organizations for Drayton Entertainment productions and/or fundraising initiatives. Of course, and necessarily so, we also use Personal Information in any correspondence between Drayton Entertainment and said individuals and organizations. We may also use Personal Information to gather information for survey purposes.
Personal Information is normally contained within our ticketing system and includes names, addresses, credit card numbers, etc. Hard copies of credit card transactions are stored with other accounting data. Charitable donors lists used to create monthly charitable receipts are also securely stored in the accounting department.
We keep Personal Information (including archived records of all persons and organizations which have supported Drayton Entertainment in the past) for a reasonable period of time in order to fulfill our primary purposes, or in accordance with usual business practices. Personal Information may be kept longer if required or permitted by law. In general, however, Drayton Entertainment destroys, erases or makes anonymous Personal Information that it no longer needs in order to fulfill the purpose of which it was collected.
Protecting Personal Information
Drayton Entertainment keeps Personal Information in strict confidence. Access to its database is firewall and password protected. Correspondence containing Personal Information (originals or copies, including financial information) is secured in locked files.
Do We Disclose Personal Information?
Unless release is required or permitted by law, we do NOT disclose Personal Information to third parties. In particular, we will never sell, lease, or trade Personal Information to third parties for any reason. We will not use Personal Information for any purpose other than those described above, without prior consent.
Any individuals and organizations who DO NOT want us to continue to use their Personal Information in connection with ticket sales solicitation, newsletters, fundraising-related correspondence, or any other purpose, may request that all said Personal Information be removed from our files and database. Updates or corrections of any Personal Information will also be done promptly, upon request.

Drayton Entertainment updates information periodically when the customer contacts us to ensure up-to-date accuracy.
