Purchasing Tickets Terms & Conditions

• All ticket sales are final - no refunds.
• Free exchange privileges for Members only. Click here to Become A Member
• Non-Members may exchange their tickets for another date (subject to availability) if the request is made at least 48 hours prior to the performance. A service charge of $4.00 per ticket applies.
• If an alternate date is not available, Non-Members may choose to return the tickets for a tax-deductible donation of their value to Drayton Entertainment.

Drayton Entertainment is a member of PACT (Professional Association of Canadian Theatres) and engages professional artists under the Canadian Theatre Agreement.

Paying For Your Tickets

If you are paying for your tickets in person, we accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Drayton Entertainment Gift Certificates, money orders (in Canadian funds), cheques, and we'll even accept cash!

Regular Performance - $40.00
Preview Performance - $32.00
18 and under, any performance - $20.00
Groups of 20 or more - $32.00

Picking-up Your Tickets

Tickets for any Drayton Entertainment production can be picked up at any of our theatres. For tickets purchased by phone, if your selected performance is within 7 days of the time you placed the order, we will hold the tickets at the Box Office. Otherwise, your tickets will be sent to you through Canada Post.
